We take a long-term and considered approach to the deployment of our own capital.
Our activities may include acquiring interests in businesses and assets as principal and for our own account, providing development capital (invested by Rhodes as principal from its own funds) to companies and projects, participating in joint ventures and working alongside management teams, developers and other commercial partners.
We are particularly interested in opportunities where our capital can be combined with commercial experience, strategic input and strong operating partners.
We consider a range of commercial sectors and transaction types, and assess each opportunity on its individual commercial merits.
In its own activities, Rhodes acts solely as principal and invests only its own funds. We do not manage or raise third-party capital, arrange investments or finance for others, introduce investors or lenders, operate pooled investment vehicles, or provide regulated investment, credit or mortgage services. Our private acquisitions service is limited to sourcing physical assets on clients’ instructions.
